Perfect Bites is the premiere catering company for tv and film production based in Chicago and most recently Los Angeles. By focusing on locally sourced organic ingredients, Perfect Bites garnered a reputation for providing delicious health focused meals. Perfect Bites found itself on the preferred vendor list for elite facilities across the Chicago land area, including Cinespace Chicago Film Studios; home of Empire, Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, Shameless as well as productions in Los Angeles; BET Awards, American Music Awards, and Peace of Mind with Taraji to name a few. Perfect Bites has successfully catered to fed tv/film cast and crews since 2010 from coast to coast.

Chef Mundi Griffin is the Executive Chef and Owner of Perfect Bites. She is best known for her mastery in the art of transforming guilty pleasures into guiltless treasures. Her coined title, Recipe Remixoligist, has made her the “go to” choice for meal preparation and personal chef services for Hollywood’s elite as she craftily navigates between carnivore and vegan cuisines without sacrificing texture and flavor. 

Chef Mundi is considered BBQ royalty as her family owns and operates Chicago’s award-winning restaurant, Leons BBQ; a Chicago staple since 1942.  Upon completion of courses at Chicago Culinary Institute, and honing her skills in the family business, Chef Mundi’s desire to elevate casual dining led to the birth of her upscale catering company. Always innovating, Chef Mundi’s next brainchild is Max & Mundi Pet Cuisine; human grade chef curated meals for our furry besties.
